Evaluation to determine whether you are a candidate for treatment.
Schedule this appointment if you are a NEW or ESTABLISHED patient of our facility and are interested in BioTE therapy. This appointment includes comprehensive lab work and a telemedicine visit with one of our certified providers to discuss your treatment options. If pellet therapy is not the best option for you alternative therapies will be discussed.

Pellet Insertion Appointment
Schedule this appointment if you are already an ESTABLISHED BioTE patient at our facility and need to have your pellets inserted.

Transfer BioTE management to our facility
Please contact our office if you are receiving BioTE pellet therapy at another BioTE facility but wish to transfer your management to our facility. Fill out the contact form or call our office at 281-542-7800 to speak with a staff member.
