About Us
Dr. Sachdev and Lauren, PA-C, have come together to create Nova Wellness Center, which is a welcomed alternative to the often fast-paced and impersonal conventional medical setting. Our wellness center is a unique medical practice in which each patient is treated as an individual. We get to know you and together discuss an evaluation and treatment plan to help you reach your health goals. With a foundation in functional medicine, our approaches and therapies are developed with a more holistic philosophy.

Dr. Andrea Roberts
Dr. Roberts was born in Heredia, Costa Rica and moved to the United States when she was a teenager. She played basketball through high school and college before attending Parker University. While playing basketball, she suffered a neck injury from which she was treated by a chiropractor. This is what ultimately inspired her career choice. Only 6 years out of high school, she earned a Doctorate of Chiropractic and two Bachelor of Science degrees, one in Anatomy and the other in Health and Wellness.
She is married to her husband, Joseph, and has two children, Luke and Ava. Spending time with family is a priority for Dr. Roberts. They frequently take trips to Costa Rica to relax, visit family, and enjoy the nice weather and scenery. With running as per favorite pastime, Dr. Roberts has completed several full and half marathons and enjoys helping other athletes through chiropractic and wellness care. Dr. Roberts uses a “whole person” approach; her approach to wellness involves evaluating the entire body and looking for underlying disturbances (as opposed to just treating the symptoms). She uses nutrition, postural restoration therapy, and other life-style adjustments to empower her patients to take control of their health. Dr. Roberts realizes that each patient is different and for this reason she utilizes a variety of techniques, including Thompson, diversified, activator, myofascial work, kinesiology taping and extremity adjusting. She has completed additional training specializing in pregnancy and is Webster’s certified and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). |
